Earth Worship
a somatic journey to dancing nature’s rhythms
Submerged: Somatic Art & The Wisdom of Water
In the depths of water, we listen for the quiet force that carries us forward.
A somatic art & nature workshop where we move, create, and listen with the Water — exploring Winter’s wise teachings of stillness, strength, and adaptability.
Winter invites us inward — into stillness, into the depths, into the flowing wisdom of water. In TCM, the Water element is the essence of life itself: storing, conserving, and guiding us to listen deeply.
In this somatic art workshop, we’ll explore water as teacher and mirror — embodying its many forms through intuitive dance, writing, and art.
From currents to tides, from the quiet of frozen lakes to the surge of rivers, we’ll move with water’s guidance to discover resilience, flow, and inner wisdom. Together, we’ll practice submerging ourselves into the depths of our own body to listen and align ourselves with nature’s invitation to soften, surrender, and flow with the season.
