Embodiment Class

A guided class incorporating elements of meditation, creative movement, somatic inquiry, and partner work. Whether you are new to free dancing or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a space to expand your awareness of your body’s creative potential.

If you attend the embodiment class you are welcome to attend open dancing from 730-830pm for free.

Open Dancing

Non-facilitated and live-mixed with a wide array of soul-stirring music. Come dance your prayers.

Exchange

$15-$25 sliding scale

Cash or Venmo at door

Dance is for everybody. All are welcome regardless of capacity to pay. Reach out if something else is needed ~ other methods of exchange/trade always available.

Registration

No pre-registration necessary. Sign-in and provide payment at the door before class.

What to Bring & Wear

• Comfortable clothes/layers for dancing indoors

• Water Bottle

• Dancing barefoot is ideal but socks are okay if needed (no shoes)

• (Optional) Journal and pen

No entry after 5min past the start of class to honor the group container~ thank you for your understanding.
