Embodiment Class

A guided class incorporating elements of meditation, creative movement, somatic inquiry, and partner work. Our practice flows in rhythm with the wheel of the year and aims to help us balance our physical, energetic, and emotional/mental bodies. Whether you are new to free dancing or looking to deepen your practice, this class can support deepening your experience of bliss and self-realization while on the dance floor. If you attend this class you are welcome to dance after for free!

Open Dancing

Non-facilitated and live-mixed with a wide array of soul-stirring music. Come dance your prayers.

Exchange

$15-$25 sliding scale

Cash or Venmo at door

Dance is for everybody. All are welcome regardless of capacity to pay. Reach out if something else is needed ~ other methods of exchange/trade always available.

Registration

No pre-registration necessary. Sign-in and provide payment at the door before class.

What to Bring & Wear

• Comfortable clothes/layers for dancing indoors

• Water Bottle

• (Optional) journal and pen

• Dancing barefoot is ideal but socks are okay if needed (no shoes)

No entry after 5min past the start of class to honor the group container~ thank you for your understanding.
